Cancellation Policy

Scope

If Milnazaroor offers subscriptions or recurring paid access, users may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

Effect of cancellation

When a user cancels:

  • renewal billing should stop for future cycles;
  • access to paid benefits may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise;
  • any free or basic access level may continue if the product offers one.

No retroactive cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically create a refund for the current or previous billing period.

How to cancel

If cancellation controls are available in the product, users should use those controls first.

If cancellation support is needed, contact contact@hoid.app with the account phone number and the request to cancel.

Platform-side cancellation

Milnazaroor may cancel or suspend access where:

  • an account violates platform rules;
  • payment cannot be processed;
  • fraud or security concerns are identified;
  • the service or feature is discontinued.
