Limitation of Liability

Service basis
Milnazaroor is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the platform reliable and respectful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular personal outcome.
No compatibility guarantee
Milnazaroor supports introductions, compatibility systems, and AI-guided communication. It does not guarantee:
- romantic success;
- long-term compatibility;
- response from another user;
- emotional safety in every interaction;
- any particular outcome online or offline.
User decisions remain human decisions
Milnazaroor may help users reflect, communicate, or assess compatibility. It does not make personal decisions for them.
Users remain responsible for:
- what they say;
- who they choose to interact with;
- what happens if they take a connection offline;
- how they interpret AI guidance.
Offline interactions
Milnazaroor is not responsible for offline meetings, travel, in-person conduct, or any harm arising from interactions outside the platform.
Indirect losses
To the extent permitted by law, Hoid Solutions and Amretra Dynamics are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses, including loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or emotional disappointment arising from platform use.
Maximum liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any direct liability of Hoid Solutions or Amretra Dynamics relating to Milnazaroor will be limited to the amount actually paid by the affected user to Milnazaroor for the relevant service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law where that is higher.
Legal rights preserved
Nothing in this notice removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
