Overview

Milnazaroor is designed as a private AI-guided relationship platform. Privacy is not an optional layer for this product; it is part of the service design.

This Privacy Policy explains what Milnazaroor may collect, how the information is used, and how it is handled.

Milnazaroor is designed and built by Amretra Dynamics and operated by Hoid Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned by Musrif Abhinav, based in Mahbubnagar, Telangana – 509001, India.

What Milnazaroor may collect

Depending on how you use the service, Milnazaroor may collect:

  • the phone number used for sign-in and account access;
  • onboarding responses about values, pace, boundaries, preferences, and intentions;
  • profile details you choose to provide;
  • compatibility inputs and matching signals;
  • conversation interactions, including messages used in coaching or compatibility systems;
  • AI coaching interactions and prompts submitted to the coach;
  • uploaded reference images or media, if the product supports them;
  • device, browser, session, and network-related signals used for security and reliability;
  • usage analytics, diagnostics, and service performance information;
  • support requests, safety reports, or moderation records.

Why we collect it

Milnazaroor may use this information to:

  • create and protect user accounts;
  • deliver onboarding, matching, and guidance features;
  • provide AI conversation coaching and compatibility analysis;
  • detect abuse, fraud, suspicious access, or unsafe behavior;
  • maintain service reliability, performance, and debugging;
  • improve product quality and user experience;
  • comply with legal obligations.

Conversation and AI processing

User conversation data may be processed by Milnazaroor systems to provide AI coaching and compatibility matching.

That may include:

  • identifying communication patterns;
  • building internal compatibility signals;
  • shaping conversation guidance;
  • improving continuity across authenticated sessions.

This processing is part of the service itself. Even so, AI outputs can be imperfect, and the platform is designed to assist users rather than replace personal judgment.

What we do not do

Milnazaroor does not sell user data.

Milnazaroor is not designed around ad-targeting or swipe-loop engagement economics. The service is built around guided interaction and private relationship context.

Sharing of information

Milnazaroor may share information only when reasonably necessary with:

  • infrastructure, hosting, storage, monitoring, and security providers;
  • authentication and identity verification services;
  • AI, communication, or messaging providers used to deliver product features;
  • payment providers, if paid services are introduced or used;
  • professional advisers or legal authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the platform.

We do not share user information with third parties for resale.

Cookies and session handling

Milnazaroor uses technical cookies and session mechanisms to:

  • keep users signed in;
  • maintain private authenticated sessions;
  • protect account integrity;
  • support route access and security controls.

Some cookies may be necessary for the site to function properly.

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • delivering the service;

No online system can promise absolute security. Users should also take care to protect their devices, phone access, and session security.

International processing

Milnazaroor may use cloud or infrastructure providers located in different regions. As a result, some information may be processed outside the user’s local state or country, subject to the safeguards and provider relationships used to operate the service.

Your choices

Depending on the service state and applicable law, users may request:

  • access to information associated with their account;
  • correction of inaccurate profile information;
  • deletion or closure of the account, subject to legal or safety retention needs;
  • help with safety reports or moderation history where appropriate.

Children

Milnazaroor is not intended for anyone under 18. If we reasonably learn that an underage person has created an account, we may remove the account and associated access.

When material changes are made, the updated date will be revised and, where appropriate, notice will be provided through the website or product.
