Welcome

These Terms of Service explain how Milnazaroor may be used and what users can expect from the service. By accessing or using Milnazaroor, you agree to these terms.

Milnazaroor is a private AI-guided relationship platform that supports compatibility, conversation coaching, and more intentional introductions. It is not a swipe-based dating service, and it does not promise any particular romantic, social, or compatibility outcome.

Operator

Milnazaroor is designed and built by Amretra Dynamics.

The service is operated by Hoid Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned by Musrif Abhinav, with a registered address in Mahbubnagar, Telangana – 509001, India.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Milnazaroor.

By using the service, you confirm that:

you are legally able to enter into these terms;
the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
you are using the platform for lawful, respectful personal use.

Your account

Milnazaroor uses phone-based sign-in to create and protect private accounts.

You are responsible for:

keeping control of the phone number and devices used to access your account;
making sure the number you use belongs to you or is used with proper permission;
reviewing your account activity and notifying support if you believe someone else accessed your session.

You may not share access, create accounts for someone else without permission, or use the sign-in flow in a way that harms the service or other users.

How the platform works

Milnazaroor may provide:

private onboarding about values, pace, boundaries, and preferences;
compatibility-driven suggestions or introductions;
AI conversation coaching and messaging support;
guided interaction tools intended to reduce noise and improve clarity.

Milnazaroor is designed to assist communication and reflection. It does not replace personal judgment, emotional responsibility, or real-world caution.

Respectful use

You agree to use the platform in a respectful and lawful way.

You may not:

harass, threaten, shame, or abuse other people;
use hate speech or degrading language;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
stalk, coerce, pressure, or intimidate others;
attempt scams, fraud, or financial manipulation;
share someone else’s private information without clear consent;
upload illegal, exploitative, or harmful content;
interfere with the platform’s systems, security, or moderation tools.

Milnazaroor may limit, suspend, or close accounts that create risk for others or misuse the service.

Moderation and safety decisions

To protect users and the platform, Milnazaroor may review reports, investigate behavior, and take moderation action.

That may include:

warnings;
content or interaction restrictions;
temporary suspensions;
permanent account removal;
blocking access where fraud, abuse, or safety risk is suspected.

We may also preserve or disclose relevant information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address harm, fraud, or platform abuse.

AI guidance

Milnazaroor may generate AI-supported outputs such as conversation suggestions, coaching responses, compatibility insights, or tone guidance.

These outputs are optional guidance only.

AI may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contextually imperfect.
You remain responsible for the messages you send and the decisions you make.
Milnazaroor does not guarantee that AI guidance will be right for every situation.

User content

You retain ownership of the profile details, conversation content, and other material you submit to Milnazaroor.

By using the service, you allow Milnazaroor to process that content as needed to:

operate the platform;
provide compatibility and coaching features;
maintain trust and safety;
improve service quality and system reliability.

You must only submit content you have the right to use and share.

Intellectual property

Milnazaroor, including its code, product design, algorithms, systems, workflows, and branding, remains the property of Hoid Solutions and Amretra Dynamics unless stated otherwise.

Nothing in these terms transfers platform ownership to users.

Availability

We aim to keep Milnazaroor available, stable, and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times.

The service may change over time. We may update, suspend, or remove features where needed for product quality, safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Termination

You may stop using Milnazaroor at any time.

We may suspend or end access if:

you violate these terms or the Community Guidelines;
your use creates risk for other users or the service;
we are required to do so by law;
the service is being modified, limited, or shut down.

Sections that reasonably should survive termination, including privacy, liability, intellectual property, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Milnazaroor is a digital service for introductions and communication support. It does not guarantee:

romantic success;
compatibility outcomes;
response rates from other users;
emotional safety in every human interaction;
any relationship result online or offline.

Offline meetings, personal decisions, and human interactions remain the responsibility of the people involved.

Liability

Milnazaroor is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent allowed by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hoid Solutions and Amretra Dynamics are not liable for:

indirect or consequential losses;
lost opportunities, goodwill, or expected outcomes;
disputes or harm arising from offline meetings or personal interactions;
decisions users make based on AI-generated guidance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes relating to Milnazaroor will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or safety improvements.

When changes are material, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice inside the service or on the website.
